Tiny Harris Celebrates Diddy Verdict With Close Friend Of The Late Kim Porter

Tiny Harris is publicly supporting Sean “Diddy” Combs following the surprising verdict in his racketeering and sex trafficking trial, brushing off the charges as nothing more than him “being freaky.” As previously reported, on Wednesday, July 2, Combs was acquitted on racketeering and sex trafficking charges, though he was found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. The Bad Boy founder is facing a maximum sentence of 20 years in jail and was denied bail as he awaits his sentencing. Despite the disgraced music mogul not being completely innocent, a lot of fans and friends are celebrating the outcome, happy to see Diddy won’t be spending his life behind bars. One of the people to celebrate was Tameka “Tiny” Cottle-Harris, who commented on a post from a close friend of the late Kim Porter to share her thoughts. Internet personality Eboni Elektra, who was close with Diddy’s ex before her death, posted about the musician’s fate a few hours after the verdict was read. She shared a post featuring a photo of Combs along with a spiritual message on “God’s will,” for Diddy’s life. “PRAISE GOD,” Elektra began in her caption. “GOD’S WILL…is higher than any opinion, mistake, judgement, or gossip. If this is God’s will for Puff / diddy , than that’s His will. In the end, what we think does not compare to His will. WHO ARE WE TO JUDGE??? That’s God’s job. It’s all in His hands. U never know. #isallintheword #readyourbible … my opinion.” Her post got a lot of negative attention because of Eboni’s relationship with Porter, who was allegedly abused by Diddy throughout their relationship. But things got even weirder when Tiny Harris jumped in the comments, celebrating along with Elektra and claiming the charges against Combs were about nothing but him being “freaky.” “Yeah!!!!!” Tiny wrote. “Ppl wanna charge you so bad for being freaky…nasty work!!” Amid backlash over her comment, Harris deleted her response. But it still got a lot of people talking, especially since she and her husband, T.I., have faced legal trouble of their own for being “freaky.” In August 2024, a judge officially dismissed a sexual assault lawsuit filed against the couple by a woman identified as “Jane Doe.” She allegedly accused the couple of sexual assault and battery back in 2005, per TheShadeRoom. The woman also brought forth claims including false imprisonment and emotional distress—allegations that had already sparked a 2021 LAPD investigation. The case was dropped due to the 10-year statute of limitations. Back then, T.I. and Tiny vehemently denied numerous sexual assault allegations after several women came forward with accusations. According to attorney Tyrone A. Blackburn, who represented multiple alleged victims, one woman claimed the couple had drugged her at a Miami nightclub in 2010 and later assaulted her at a hotel while she was incapacitated. Two other women shared similar experiences, alleging they were drugged, raped, and even sex trafficked across multiple states. In response, the couple’s lawyer, Steve Sadow, dismissed the anonymous claims as lacking credibility and called for the accusers to reveal their identities so the Harrises could properly refute the allegations. Throughout the controversy, the couple maintained their innocence and denied all claims of sexual abuse, drugging, and trafficking. Diddy’s legal team focused heavily on the idea that his sexual preferences aren’t a crime, which seems to be what other people are latching onto following the trial.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Found Guilty Of Transporation To Engage In Prostitution, Acquitted Of Sex Trafficking & Racketeering

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been found guilty on only two counts in his high-profile federal trial, with the jury acquitting him of the more serious charges. NBC News reports that the jury delivered the verdict, convicting Combs, 55, of the Mann Act transportation of former girlfriend Jane, and the Mann Act transportation of Casandra Ventura. He was found not guilty of racketeering conspiracy and two counts of sex trafficking. Following the mixed verdict, prosecutors are requesting that he remain in custody until sentencing and told U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian that the government will seek the maximum 20-year sentence. By contrast, NBC News reports that Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, pushed for his release, noting that the jury acquitted Combs on the most serious charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking. He asked the court to allow Combs to return home to Miami under supervision and offered a $1 million bond. As BOSSIP previously reported, federal prosecutors accused Combs of running a criminal enterprise masked by the glitz of his music and fashion empire. They alleged he used his wealth, power, and influence to coerce women into non-consensual sex acts, orchestrated through disturbing events referred to as “Freak Offs” and “Hotel Nights.” The indictment, filed in September 2024, detailed years of alleged abuse, manipulation, and criminal activity carried out behind the scenes of his Bad Boy empire. The seven-week trial, held in the Southern District of New York, featured testimony from 34 witnesses. Among them was Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, Combs’ ex-girlfriend, who took the stand in her third trimester of pregnancy. She gave harrowing testimony detailing years of alleged abuse and graphic accounts of the so-called Freak Offs. Former Danity Kane singer Dawn Richard also testified, sharing her own experiences and corroborating key elements of Ventura’s account, including Combs’ violent outbursts and alleged threats to those within his circle. Just before closing arguments, prosecutors dropped several charges—kidnapping, attempted arson, and aiding and abetting sex trafficking, per TMZ. Prosecutors appeared unable to tie Combs directly to the alleged kidnapping of Cassie and Capricorn Clark or the explosion of Kid Cudi’s car. During closing arguments, Assistant U.S. Attorney Christy Slavik called on the jury to hold Combs accountable after decades of alleged unchecked power. “For 20 years, the defendant got away with his crimes. That ends in this courtroom,” she said. “The defendant is not a god. He is a person. And in this courtroom, he stands equal before the law.” Combs’ defense team did not call any witnesses. Instead, attorney Marc Agnifilo argued that while Combs had made mistakes, including admitting to domestic violence involving Ventura, the sex acts described during the trial were consensual. He claimed the government was trying to criminalize a celebrity’s private life, insisting the evidence didn’t support the claims of organized crime. “It takes a lot of courage to acquit,” Agnifilo told jurors, urging them not to be swayed by Combs’ fame or the intensity of the prosecution’s case. Diddy’s Legal Troubles Began In 2023 His legal troubles began in November 2023, when Cassie Ventura filed a civil lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault. Though that case was settled in just one day, it opened the door to dozens of additional allegations—and ultimately, a federal criminal case that brought years of rumored misconduct into open court. The verdict sends shockwaves through the entertainment industry, sparking renewed scrutiny over how power, fame, and fear have allowed alleged predators to thrive behind closed doors. This story is still developing. Stay tuned to BOSSIP for updates. Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Verdict Watch: Can you go to jail for being a freak?

Since the September 2024 arrest of Sean “Diddy” Combs, the question echoing around water coolers, spades tables, and the all-knowing group chats of TikTok-certified scholars has been disturbingly simple: Can you go to jail for being freaky? It’s of course not that clear-cut considering that he’s been accused of using his wealth, power, and influence to coerce women into non-consensual sex acts, and as the jury comes to the end of the second day of deliberations with a note to the judge, “We have jurors with unpersuadable opinions on both sides”, the public is left to unpack a case that blurs the lines between celebrity, consent, and criminality. And to be clear, Combs isn’t the first, nor will he be the last, powerful man in Hollywood accused of monstrous behavior. But this case? It hits different. Unlike R. Kelly or Jeffrey Epstein, whose names are synonymous with the exploitation of minors, Diddy’s alleged victims (and in some cases, alleged co-conspirators) are grown. These are adults: intimate partners, consenting sex workers, assistants, and A-list hip hop insiders. This wasn’t a secret basement—this was a Bad Boy boardroom. The real plot twist? Combs wasn’t hit with a typical domestic violence or assault charge. He was indicted under the federal RICO statute—yes, the same law used to bring down mob bosses and drug cartels. The prosecution’s opening move? A Costco-sized stockpile of baby oil. Literally. Which leaves the public asking: witch hunt or sex ring? Let’s break this all the way down. Federal prosecutors allege that Combs ran a dual empire—one side a glossy, multi-million-dollar entertainment machine, the other a violent criminal enterprise trafficking in drugs, sex, and intimidation. They charged him with two counts of sex trafficking, two counts of transporting individuals for prostitution, and one count of racketeering. Not exactly the clean-cut charges most are familiar with, which is partly why it all sounds so murky to the casual observer. Here’s how racketeering works: the government doesn’t need to prove Combs committed every crime listed—just two out of the eight “predicate acts” (kidnapping, arson, bribery, drug distribution, sex trafficking, witness tampering, forced labor, and transporting for prostitution). According to prosecutors, he qualifies several times over. Over seven weeks of testimony, the government called 34 witnesses. Among them was David James, a former assistant who testified that Combs once forced him to drive, with handguns in his lap, to confront Suge Knight. Capricorn Clark, another former assistant, claimed Combs kidnapped and threatened to kill her. Brendan Paul said he routinely supplied ketamine and ecstasy for Diddy’s parties. And “Mia” told the court Combs sexually assaulted her, and that she witnessed him physically attack Cassie Ventura. The defense? They didn’t call a single witness. Their argument was simple: Combs is being prosecuted for having a freaky (but consensual) sex life—and for being rich and famous while doing it. They say the government twisted his lifestyle into a criminal narrative to score headlines. So, back to the central question: Can you go to jail for being a freak? The answer? Maybe. Sexual autonomy is protected. But the key legal line is consent—freely given, without coercion, threat, or force. Once money changes hands, or someone says “no” and is ignored, it stops being a lifestyle and starts being a felony. Oh, and by the way, prostitution, even consensual, is still illegal in most of the U.S. Now, as the jury deliberates, the culture watches. Because this isn’t just a legal battle—it’s a referendum on celebrity, sex, and power. And whether you see Diddy as a victim of overreach or a predator in designer shades, one thing is clear: Freaky might be a lifestyle. But it’s not always a legal defense. —Maya Guntz, @EsquireBae
